Russian compatriots will create a video timed to coincide with the national holiday of Greece - Ohi Day, which is associated with the rejection of the ultimatum of fascist Italy by Athens. The holiday is celebrated on October 28. The video will show drawings in which young Russian compatriots will depict stories related to the Ohi Day, according to the website of the Coordinating Council of Russian Compatriots in Greece.

This year's holiday is special for Greece, 80 years have passed since the country's entry into World War II and the start of the Italian-Greek war, which ended victoriously for Athens. Eighty years ago, the Greek authorities rejected the ultimatum of the fascists - in the Greek language "ohi" means "no".
The Coordinating Council of Compatriots and the Sector for Working with Children of Compatriots are invited to take part in the creation of the video by sending the organizers pictures dedicated to the Ohi Day. The drawings will be displayed to the accompaniment of Greek war songs.
