Films about Russia and Russian-speaking artists who have left their mark on American and world art were included in the program of the 14th documentary Images of Russia film festival in Texas, which will be held from October 10 to 21 in the online format. Viewers will be able to watch films, discuss what they have seen and ask questions to the creators of the pictures, according to the Our Texas newspaper.

To watch films and get the opportunity to attend a virtual meeting with the authors of the films, one must register on the festival page no later than three days before the screening of the film. The program included School of Seduction by Alina Rudnitskaya and Vagrich and the Black Square by Andrey Zagdansky.

The second picture tells about the life and work of the American artist and writer of Armenian origin Vagrich Bakhchanyan, a prominent representative of the art of Russian America. According to the director, he filmed the artist for several years before his death. The film includes walks with Bakhchanyan, incidents from his life and conversations with the master.
