Over the past year, courses, online contests, and other digital projects of Russian universities have attracted the attention of more than 100,000 listeners in 46 countries. This is the statistics of Rossotrudnichestvo, which has allocated grants to the country's leading universities for the implementation of 27 projects within the framework of the Personnel for the Digital Economy state project, the Rossiyskaya Gazeta newspaper reports.

Representatives of 46 countries, including the USA, the states of Asia, Latin America, and the republics of the former Soviet Union, have become participants in digital projects of Russian universities. 27 projects included online programs, contests and educational platforms in different directions for schoolchildren and teachers.

Rossotrudnichestvo noted the relevance of modern and high-quality digital educational products during the coronavirus pandemic and the increased demand for distance learning.

It is noted that students from abroad who have shown a high level of knowledge within the framework of projects will be able to apply for the priority order of admission to Russian universities in the future.
