27 states have shown interest in Sputnik V, the Russian anti-coronavirus drug, RIA Novosti reports.

According to Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golikova, the list of countries includes Kazakhstan, Brazil, Azerbaijan, and Venezuela. She spoke about this at a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin, held on Wednesday, August 26.

The head of state, in turn, noted that Belarus would be the first country to receive the vaccine. The residents of Belarus will participate in the third stage of trials. Three industrial sites have already been designated for the production of the vaccine.

Golikova added that doctors, social workers,  and teachers will be the first to get the vaccine in Russia.
