Residents of Moscow, St.Petersburg and Krasnodar became most active readers of 2019

Muscovites, Petersburgers and Krasnodar residents use electronic and audiobooks most actively, RIA Novosti reports. These are the results of a study conducted by specialists from the MyBook book service. The results were announced on the eve of World Book Day, which will be celebrated on August 9. The experts analyzed more than 800,000 user profiles.
Moscow topped the list of cities in terms of the number of electronic and audiobooks read. The residents of the capital read or listened to twice as much as in St.Petersburg, which is located one line below. Krasnodar became the third. Novosibirsk and Yekaterinburg closed the top five.
The greatest demand among the residents of the capital was Jen Sinsero's You Are a Badass: How to Stop Doubting Your Greatness and Start Living an Awesome Life. In St.Petersburg, they preferred the electronic version of the work of Mark Manson's Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck. ,Alex Baihou's Habit of Being Happy has become the most popular book in the Krasnodar Territory.
The most active reader lives in Angarsk. The number of books he read and listened to during the last year exceeded 2,300. The second place is taken by a resident of Moscow, there are more than 2,000 works on his account. The top three was closed by the resident of kazan, he read almost 1,500 books.
