The Stay Home with Russian Seasons project during two months of work has proved its relevance and popularity with the viewer, the website of the Ministry of Culture reports. A vivid evidence of this is the number of views, which amounted to about twenty million. The most active viewers were Russians, French and Germans. Users from the United States and Spain are also among the leaders. Broadcasts are popular among the Japanese, Belarusians, Ukrainians, Belgians, residents of South Korea, Israel, Great Britain and other countries.

The project program included more than 40 broadcasts of various cultural events. Ten more broadcasts were also held on international websites. Another 66 broadcasts were held on the websites of Russian partners.

According to Alexei Lebedev, who heads the Russian Seasons project, the transition of art to the Internet is the best answer to existing challenges. Unfortunately, he added, there is no hall magic and the audience’s breath in this format.

The Stay Home with Russian Seasons project is held on social networks as part of the Art Marathon. The project provides an opportunity to recall the most striking and interesting events of the Russian Seasons project, held earlier for the Italian and German public. The Mariinsky and Alexandrinsky Theaters, the Moscow Synodal Choir, the Tchaikovsky Bolshoi Symphony Orchestra and other groups took part in it.

The Sleeping Beauty ballet of the Mariinsky Theater and Ilya Averbukh's ice show Romeo and Juliet became the most popular within the project - the number of views exceeded one million.
