Compatriots from 50 countries to take part in RSL teaching webinar

Teachers of the Russian language, methodologists, heads of Russian centers in different countries and Russian compatriots from more than 50 countries will take part in a free educational and methodical webinar, which will be held on June 4 by the founder of the international center of the Russian language Extra-Class in St. Petersburg, philologist, author of the textbook on Russian as a second language Stanislav Chernyshov.

The chairman of the Association of Russian Language Teachers and Translators in Turkey Karina Ikaeva-Dyuzchimen told on her Facebook page that the webinar participants would learn how to arouse and maintain students' interest while studying RSL, how to make the course communicative without losing the study of grammar, how to include and use emotions in learning, as well as receive practical recommendations on working with modern language material.

The organizer of the webinar is the Association of Russian Language Teachers and Translators of Turkey with information support from the Russian Embassy in Turkey, the Coordination Council of Russian Compatriots, Ankara University of Social Sciences and a number of educational centers, as well as organizations of compatriots from Turkey, the USA, the CIS countries, the Baltic States, Europe , Africa.

The webinar will be held to preserve and popularize the Russian language abroad; it is timed to coincide with the Day of the Russian language.
