Russian educational platform used in 63 countries

The number of unique visitors of the Russian Electronic School platform has exceeded 21 million for 2,5 months. According to the head of the Ministry of Education Sergey Kravtsov, representatives of 63 countries use the website, TASS reports.

He spoke about this at a meeting on the situation in the education system in the context of the spread of coronavirus. It took place on Thursday, May 21. During peak days on the site, the number of users exceeded two and a half million people. Russian Electronic School is polular in Kazakhstan, Ukraine, and other countries.

Sergey Kravtsov added that work was underway to create a special video-conferencing system. It will help complement and expand the capabilities of the full-time education system. The minister explained that the system had already been tested in the Moscow region schools.
