About 5,000 Russians plan to return from abroad in coming days

About 5,000 people are going return to Russia over the next few days, TASS reports.

The Ministry of Communications noted that special flights will be organized from Indonesia, Turkey, Spain, Montenegro, the USA, Italy, and the Netherlands. All of them will fly to Moscow. A Madrid flight is going to land in St. Petersburg. The plane from New York will fly on Tuesday, April 14.

All who wish to return to their homeland need to leave an application on the Gosuslugi website. The flight schedule is formed in accordance with these profiles. It is approved by the operational headquarters of the Government of the Russian Federation. Earlier, the schedule was formed and approved until April 13, the new timetable lasting until April 16 was preliminarily prepared.

According to information on yesterday, April 12, five flights have already been completed. Residents of Moscow, St. Petersburg, Krasnoyarsk, Khabarovsk and Vladivostok brought home.

The head of the Russian government Mikhail Mishustin said earlier that Russia would continue to return its fellow citizens to their homeland. “We never leave our people,” he stated.
