Russian features to be screened in 35 countries

Seventeen Russian television companies presented their new projects at one of the leading film markets in Europe and the world - the European Film Market in Berlin. As a result of meetings with distributors, agreements were reached on the screenings of Russian feature films, series and cartoons in more than 35 countries around the world, the official website of the Mayor of Moscow reports.

In total, over 50 projects created with the participation of Russian producers were presented at the Berlin film market. Russian projects were presented at two stands. European Film Market participants showed great interest in Russian cinema and animation and held over 400 meetings with representatives of Russian film companies.

It is reported that representatives of international content producing companies became interested not only in finished products, but also in technologies and specialists from Russia. In particular, special effects and computer graphics of Moscow companies were highly appreciated. It is possible that they will be hired to work in international projects.

This year Russian films, TV shows and cartoons will become participants in leading international film markets in the USA, France, Brazil and other countries.
