Granada welcomes participants of Education Without Borders Forum

20.02.2020

On February 18, participants of the 2nd International Education without Borders Forum from Marbella arrived in Granada. Among them were representatives of Russian universities, directors of Russian schools from different countries, as well as two dance youth groups from Moscow.

The Russian Center in Granada arranged for its guests a meeting with Vice-Rector for Internationalization of the University of Granada Dorothy Kelly and Erasmus + Program Coordinator Jose Martinez Arosa, as well as a tour of the oldest university buildings.

Another group visited two schools in Granada, where they got acquainted with the Spanish educational system, original educational methods and other findings of Spanish colleagues. In the evening, while adults visited the Alhambra and walked around the city, the young performers gave the inhabitants of Granada a wonderful music concert in the building of the Kaha Rural Foundation.

Students of the Confetti Contemporary Dance Studio of the Cervantes Spanish School told the audience in Spanish the story of the fabulous journey. Russian folk and Spanish dances, oriental and even cosmic choreography were mixed in the performance.
