According to the exhibitor, farmer Vladimir Borev, Russian cheese makers will present products made in different traditions - Russian and foreign. Some types of cheese will be directly related to France. Charles Aznavour and Houellebecq cheeses, named after the world-famous singer and writer, will be presented as part of the festival.
