Russian Seasons in France continues with tours of the St. Petersburg ballet, according to the website of the Ministry of Culture.

Leonid Jacobson Ballet Theater visited Lyon. Russian performers took to the largest city venue. They brought The Nutcracker, one of Tchaikovsky’s most famous ballets, to France. The audience watched it with full-size scenery and costumes. The main parts were performed by Alla Bocharova and Kirill Vychuzhanin.

The route of the tour goes through almost a dozen cities in France. In addition to The Nutcracker, an evening of ballets to the music of Pyotr Tchaikovsky is planned, which will combine fragments from Swan Lake, Sleeping Beauty, and The Nutcracker.

Pianist Ram Urasin also performed within the framework of Russian Seasons. The concert of the virtuoso musician took place in the Russian spiritual and cultural Orthodox center, it is located on the Branly embankment in Paris. The concert was attended by participants in a meeting of the General Assembly of the Franco-Russian Alliance public association. The works of Schubert, Liszt and Chopin were performed for them.
