First Competition in RSL will be held in Croatia

The competition in Russian as a second language starts accepting applications for participation, according to the MAPRYAL website. The tournament is held in this country for the first time. High school and university students are invited to compete for the victory. The organizers are the Croatian Association of Teachers of Russian Language and Literature, the Rossotrudnichestvo representative office and the Pula Pushkin Institute Center.

The competition is aimed at increasing motivation to learn the Russian language and develop interest in Russian culture.

Applications will be accepted until April 15. The first stage will be held online. The next in-person tour will take place at the end of May. Its participants will gather in Zagreb.
