Brilliant St. Petersburg Exhibition to be held in Mexico

The Brilliant St. Petersburg photo exhibition has opened in Mexico, according to the Rossotrudnichestvo website. It has become part of the program of the International Chimera 2019 Festival of arts and culture, which takes place in the city of Metepec. The Mexicans are given a unique opportunity to see the sights of the Northern capital and its environs captured in the pictures. The pictures belong to the photographer Alexander Novikov, who shot palaces and parks, bridges and interiors of royal estates. A series of photographs is constantly updated with new works that the photographer exhibits in foreign countries.

Creative groups of compatriots will also perform at the festival, the Arco and Lyra musical ensemble is to take the stage. Opera soloist Maria Soboleva will perform the masterpieces of Russian composers.

An exhibition of Russian folk art and a tasting of dishes of traditional Russian cuisine will also take place.
