More than 8,500 delegates from 65 countries took part in EEF-2019

More than 8,500 delegates from 65 countries took part in the fifth Eastern Economic Forum-2019, that has wrapped up on the Far East today, RIA Novosti informs.

About 1300 giornalists worked at the Forum.
Delegations from Japan, China, South Korea and India had leading number of participants. More than 440 companies send their representatives to EEF.

The MFA representative Maria Zakharova has mentioned that the US and EU delegations known by their anti-Russian rhetorics, were the biggest ones. Despite all political statements, these countries know about Russia's regions' great potential for investitions and infrastructure field.

As we reported earlier, EEF was held in Vladivostok on September, 4-6. It combined about 70 events. One of the main topics of discussion was be the national development program for the Far East.
