Chinese students learned about life of Yamal indigenous people

Human Adaptation on the North and Arctics international summer school took place in Yamal. Graduates and postgraduates in biology, medicine and other degrees from leading Chinese universities came to the Yamal summer school.  Experienced Arctics researchers have taught students. Apart of lectures, Chinese students took part in the local nature study expedition and life of indigenous people and nature, Muravlenko Media reports.

The main topic of the school was the study of human adaptation in Artcics. Joint Russian-Chinese project,s tourism and  cross-regional links development  were no less important matters of discussion. Students expressed their points of view on these topics.
