Russian fair took place in Peru

Welcome to Russia market took place in Lima, Peru.  It was organised by With You, Russia association with support of the Coordination Council of Russian Compatriots in Peru, ksors.org website reported.

Stands and food tents with Russian dishes, souvenirs, jewelry, artworks were placed at the antique house located in Miraflores, the district of the Lima Province in Peru. Folk ensembles, among them Russian Soul Band, have entertained the guests. Guest have also participated in quizzes and contests.

Let us remember that the last spring young artists from Russian compatriots' families in Peru took part in  the children drawing contest. This year it was dedicated to famous Russian fabulist Ivan Krylov, who's 250th anniversary is celebrated this year.
