More than 200 concerts and exhibitions took part in the frames of Russian Seasons

More than 200 various events took place in Germany in the frames of Russian Seasons, TASS reports. According to the director Aleksey Lebedev, the geography of the festival has reached 63 German cities. Concerts and exhibitions are included in the course of the festival program. 43 artistic groups from Russia have performed during the festival.

Aleksey Lebedev promised that fall-winter perioud will be as well interesting and eventfull. He expressed hope that artists that came to Germany for the first time will inspire audience to strengthen cultural exchanges.  

Let us remember, the number of people who visited these events have exceeded one million.  

As Russkiy Mir reported, this year Russian Seasons cultural project started at the beginning of January with the music of Tchaikovsky performed by Mariinsky Theater Orchestra conducted by Valery Gergiev in German capital. The program of Russian Seasons will include about 500 events with leading opera and drama theaters and museums in 80 cities of Germany.
