Actors of Russian theater in Spain visited Kazan during Hello, Russia! program

Young actors of the Russian Mask theater from the Spanish province of Alicante were able to show their acting skills and try themselves as teachers during a visit to Kazan. Their stay in the city was part of the program of educational trips called Hello, Russia!, the website of the Association of Russian Theaters abroad reports.

Young actors joined a large group of 85 children from 12 countries. Tours in the capital of Tatarstan and other cities of the region were organized for the guests, as well as contests and creative classes. The young actors from the Mask theater presented to the viewers the culture of Spain. They danced flamenco in folk costumes and conducted a master class in speech training and directing.

Note that the Hello, Russia! program was launched in 2014. This year, 750 children and adolescents from dozens of countries around the world who became winners of competitions in knowledge of the Russian language and the history of Russia, visited Moscow, St. Petersburg and Kazan.
