The jazz world stars, including Russian saxophonist Igor Butman, will perform on the Sochi stage. The festival is among the ten best jazz festivals in Russia, Vesti tv program informs.

Spectators will see the traditional jazz parade as well as a series of concerts on two Sochi stages. Improvisation concerts and meetings with fans will also be held at various venues in Sochi.

American singer, winner of two Grammy awards Jane Monheit, famous USA vocalist and guitarist Alan Harris, Armenian jazz orchestra (one of the oldest bands in the former Soviet Union), American band Spyro Gyra, as well as Igor Butman and Moscow jazz orchestra are among the guests of the festival. The Russian band will not only accompany American celebrities but also present a solo program.

The jazz festival first appeared in the cultural world in 2010, becoming part of the Cultural Olympiad program, which opened in Sochi four years before the start of the Olympic Games. Over the years, the festival has upgraded its status and level of participants and gained international fame.
