Students from Mexico learn how to develop Android applications in Nizhny Novgorod

The third international summer school called Practice of developing Android applications and using Big Data opened on the basis of N. I. Lobachevsky State University of Nizhny Novgorod (UNN). Students from leading universities in Mexico are taking part in it, the UNN website reports.

The summer school opened with presentations by Lobachevsky University staff, who told foreign guests about UNN opportunities and programs, as well as the rules for full-time admission and refresher courses.

Within a month, students from Mexico will attend lectures and take part in a seminar on this topic. Students will be taught the basics of developing mobile applications for the Android platform and the specifics of working with large amounts of data.

A part of the program will be dedicated to culture, it will allow students to get acquainted with the history and art of Russia, as well as awaken interest in learning Russian.

According to the UNN website, several international summer schools are planned at the university devoted to the study of the fundamentals of business and law.
