The Italians Try Blog, created four years ago, collects hundreds of thousands of views on the Internet.  The authors of the project, who came to Italy from Russia and Ukraine, treat their Italian guests with traditional dishes of Russian cuisine and consider their blog not only gastronomic, but also educational, "360" TV channel reports.

The Italians Try blog was created by Darya Pereverzeva from Belgorod and Larisa Stepantsova from Odessa, former employees of an advertising agency. The ladies had the experience of creating commercials and in 2015, they began to shoot stories about Italians who tried Russian food. The distinctive feature that quickly made the videos popular was the emotions of foreigners and their evaluation of dishes that are ordinary for Russians.

At first, the authors rented an office and brought dishes in pans that they cook themselves. Now they have an apartment with a modern kitchen and a refrigerator, where cooking takes place.

The authors consider their blog educational, since for several years now they have been offering participants of their online program to try the cuisine of various nations of Russia. It is often difficult to deliver the right products and ingredients when preparing unusual dishes. Some of the ingredients are brought from Russia.

For several years, the participants of the project not only eat in front of the camera, but also watch Soviet and Russian cinema and listen to Russian music. Darya and Larisa are planning to add a new feature to the program and show interesting sides of Italy to Russian-speaking viewers.
