Russian language teachers school opens in Washington

RSL teachers summer school organized by American Councils for International Education opens in Alexandria nearby Washington, ksors.org website reports. 

The program is unique because it is free. Those participants who successfully complete the training will get stipends. According to the organizers, the school provides classical and new methodologies of teaching Russian as a second language. It would be possible for teachers to exchange experience with colleagues.
 
Summer schools with such RSL programs are held in many countries, including Russia. 

Note, one of the major RSL trainings is conducted by The Pushkin State Russian Language Institute. This year people from more than 40 countries participate in the program.
