The second session of the International Summer Russian Language Courses is working at the Pushkin State Russian Language Institute. It has become the most numerous one as two hundred people, including students from Austria, France, Portugal, Germany, Spain and other countries, are taking part in it. A total of about forty countries are represented at the session.

According to the organizers, their level of proficiency in Russian is very different. People who are just discovering all the richness of the Russian language come to the courses, as well as those who seek to improve their knowledge. Among the students of the summer school there are many of those who need the ability to speak Russian for professional activities. But there are also those who study Russian for pleasure.

Guests will also be invited to classes where they will get acquainted with Russian literature and cultural traditions.

The institute promised that the courses would be not only useful in terms of language, but also interesting and creative.

The cultural program will be large-scale, with a special course on Russian folk dances, meetings in music rooms and a cinema club.

The walking tours in the Russian capital are also popular among the students.

The courses traditionally end with a festive concert. Students independently prepare creative performances dedicated to Russia, with taking into account the national peculiarities of their countries of origin.

Traditionally in the summer, the institute organizes advanced training courses for Russian teachers from abroad. This year, teachers from Armenia, India, Croatia, Germany, Bulgaria arrived in Moscow.
