Russia donated mobile laboratory for infectious diseases detection to Vietnam

Russian authorities presented Vietnam a mobile laboratory, Rossotrudnichestvo website reports. It is designed for the Vietnamese-Russian Tropical Research and Technology Center. The laboratory is equipped on the basis of a KamAZ truck. It is intended for monitoring and diagnostics.

This is a very important event, and it became possible due to long and fruitful interaction between the Federal Service for Consumer Rights Protection and the Tropical Center. 

The laboratory meets all modern requirements for biological safety. The latest achievements of science and technology are used for this equipment.

It is planned that it will conduct a wide range of studies to identify natural foci of infectious diseases. With its help, it will be possible to react to the occurrence of dangerous diseases much faster.

As the Head of the Tropical Center Dang Hong Chien noted, the research conducted jointly by Russian and Vietnamese specialists is very important for combating dangerous infections. He thanked Russian partners for their support.
