Graduates and students of London Russian Ballet School will hold a joint show with Bolshoi Theater soloists Kristina Kretova and Igor Tsvirko. Audience will see two famous performances - Bayadere and Vain Precautions on the stage of Cadogan Hall, Afisha Londona reports.

In the first act, the artists will show the fantasy of Marius Petipa. Bayadere tells of the love of an Indian dancer to a prince who marries another woman, despite the love of a dancer. Audience will see the famous Kingdom of Shadows scene with choreography by Marius Petipa.

The second half of the evening will be held with the Vain Precautions play, recreated by Alexander Gorsky. This is one of the oldest ballets that are included in the repertoire of modern theaters. The piece combines lyrical narration and comedy scenes.

Russkiy Mir reported that the Cross Year of Russian and British music was launched in early April in Sochi. One of the main events of it will be a tour of Bolshoi Theater in London in the middle of summer.
