Russian culture week opens in Mexico

Russian culture week opened in Mexico, Rossotrudnichestvo informs. The opening ceremony took place in the National Autonomous University. The head of Russian diplomatic mission Viktor Koronelli and the head of the National School of Foreign Languages and Linguistics Carmen Escontria attended the ceremony. According to participants the festival has very high value since it helps to strengthen relations between Russia and Mexico in cultural humanitarian field. 

Science and Culture. Outstanding Russians of 20th Century photography exhibition is timed to the event. Spectators were introduced to the 20th century Russian music by the Russian  Intervalum university ensemble. 

Conferences, round tables, film screenings, poetry reciting contest are also planned in the frames of the Russian culture week.
