Italian entrepreneur Marco Maggi's book, "Russian to the Bone," is now accessible for purchase in Italy and is scheduled for release in Russia in the upcoming months. Diplomatic Academy of Russian Foreign Ministry is getting more and more popular, TASS reports.
According to its director Mikhail Troyansky, there's exceeding number of requests from foreign services employees.
If earlier the number of countries counted to around 10, now it came to 30, including Fiji and Marshall Islands.
Rector underlined that there are many applications from Latin America and Caribbean. There are 33 countries in the region. 25 countries out of them participate in it.
Turkey sends many diplomats to the academy.
According to the rector, some countries want their diplomats to study in Russian. The institution also teaches in English, French, Arab, Spanish and Turkish languages.
The Diplomatic Academy of Russian Foreign Ministry is getting ready to celebrate its 85th anniversary this year, have mentioned the rector.
