The capital of the Total Dictation action has been chosen. The only foreign participating city, the capital of Estonia, won the competition.
Tallinn is leading by the number of participants during the last few years. Last year the 2000 people took part in the action not only in Tallinn but also in Maardu, Valga, Tartu and Narva.

The voting took place in Novosibirsk during scientific practical international conference. Forum is conducted for the 7th time with support of Russkiy Mir Fourndation.

Let us remember, there were 14 cities in the list. Penza was leading the rating. Rostov-on-Don was on the second place.

All-world action will take place on April, 13 2019. Pavel Basinsky will read the text of Evgeny Vodolazkin.
