Positive but 'too broad' outcome followed the G20 Summit

G20 participants signed the final communique, TASS reports. Until last minutes it wasn't clear if the document is to be adopted.

The document authors note that World Trade Organization needs improvement. The current system doesn't carry out current tasks. Future reforms to be the main topic at the next summit which is scheduled for next summer in Osaka, Japan.

Climate Change, Paris Agreement and combatting corruption plan were discussed as well. G20 leaders called world community to fight the use of the Internet for terrorist purposes.

"Yes, we can say that the document is general, broad. This may be the case but I still think that it is useful,” said Vladimir Putin. He has added that some other questions were raised during the document preparation.

Russian leader met with his colleagues from Germany, France and Saudi Arabia in the frames of G20. During the talks with Emmanuel Macron and Angela Merkel, special attention was paid to the Kerch Straight situation. 

There were heated discussions about Trump-Putin meeting cancellation on the sidelines of the G20 summit. Russian President has regretted the case, instead sitting for talks with Recep Tayyip Erdogan, Shinzo Abe and Xi Jinping. 

Several Russian-Argentinian agreements were signed as the result of talks between Vladimir Putin and Argentinian President Mauricio Macri.
