5 cities compete to be the new Total Dictation capital

The next capital for the Total Dictation voting results have been summed up, TASS reports. More than 63 thousand people participated in it. Penza city came on the top of the list with 11 thousand votes. Rostov On Don was the second with  7,000 votes,, and the only foreign city Tallinn took the third place (6,000 votes). Stavropol and Kazan have entered the top-five.  

Note, there were 14 cities in the list. The final decision to be taken at the Total Dictation conference.The finalists will demonstrate their presentations to experts and prove why their city deserves to host the Total Dictation-2019. 

The next dictation action to take place on April, 13, 2019. The text author Pavel Basinsky is to become the “main announcer” in the future Total Dictation capital.

As Russkiy Mir reported, the previous center of  Dictation was based in Vladivostok.
