About 57 thousand Russians and foreigners take all-Russian mathematics test

The number of participants of Solve it!, the all-Russian test in physics, mathematics and computer science, has increased by 63 percent in comparison with the previous year. Meanwhile, the number of platforms in Russia and abroad has grown three times and amounted to 230. Math was the most popular test, TASS reports. The most participants were 9-11 graders.

The Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (MIPT) composed assignments for the disciplines. In comparison with last year's Solve it! the number of participants increased as well as the quality of their preparation. The number of those who could solve at least one task has expanded in 1.5 times. As a result, 523 people became the winners and more than 300 of them were able to solve all fifteen tasks in three disciplines.

Earlier Russkiy Mir reported, that the test could be solved both offline and online. The level of tasks, according to the developers, corresponded to the eighth grade of school curriculum.
