Blockchain project My Tretyakov is being developed by the Tretyakov Gallery, TASS reports. All museum's collection is going to be digitized. This project is funded by donations of the new platform users. Every one can bring under patronage one piece from Tretyakovka collection.
This project gives a chance to people worldwide to make personal connection with Russian art. Anyone can donate to a project – individuals or legal entities.

It's not known yet what is an amount of donation. The funds are going to be distributed automatically among museum storage units.

Donors can remain anonymous. The «digital patronage» can be passed to another person. All the digitized exhibits will be connected in a large network. This project will give a new spin to the museum's founder Pavel Tretyakov deed.

The museum's director Zemfira Tregulova is sure that this project will rightfully cross all possible geographical borders. “We hav an ambitios goal to make Russian art an important part of the peoples' lifes all over the world,” Tregulova concluded.
