The official also announced the launch of a Cross-Year between Russia and Germany within several weeks.

The official statements were made at the 3rd Youth Forum of the Potsdam Meetings which takes place in the Russian capital. The scientific partnership treaty between the countries, which will be signed in November or December, directly concerns the youth of the two countries. According to Shvydkoy, young surveyors will have more opportunities for joint research in various scientific fields.

He adds that the Cross-Year between Russia and Germany would be announced in December by the foreign ministers of the two countries. Shvydkoy said that it would provide extensive opportunities for cooperation including visa facilitation.
