Germany students come to St Petersburg to learn Russian

Learning Russian language in technical universities has its specificities and and its methodology. These and other question Russian teachers and students discussed with their peers from University Applied Science of Augsburg in St. Petersburg, website of Admeralteisky district of the Northern Capital reports. 

The meeting took place in the frames of the cooperation agreement between Ausburg University and St. Petersburg State Transport University. The seminar was dedicated to the Russian language learning in Germany technical universities. The guests were introduced to Russian university lectures, saw St. Petersburg attractions and communicated with Russian peers. At the last day of the visit German students took Russian language test.   

St. Petersburg State Transport University is one of the very first universities in Russia. It was opened at the beginning of 19th century and named after Alexander I of Russia.
