The Presidential Administration of Russia

Prime Minister of Russia Dmitry Medvedev discussed at the meeting with Russian universities' rectors that all scientific magazines have to be translated into English and freely distributed around the world, Vesti newspaper reports.

The head of the Higher School of Economics Yaroslav Kuzminov has underlined that "Russian science has to be more visible on the international level. We have agreed with Dmitry Medvedev to develop free electronic version to share it with libraries all around the world."
