Summer Institute for Orthodox Church representatives held in Moscow

All-Church Post-Graduate Studies’ press-service  

Summer Institute for representatives of the Orthodox Church in the USA was held in Moscow from June 22 until June 29 2018 with a blessing of Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and All Russia, according to the press-service of All-Church Post-Graduate Studies.

The agenda of the Institute included acquaintance with cultural traditions of the Russian Orthodox Church, performance and activities of the Synodal branches and spiritual schools as well as parish everyday life.

Guests attended a range of religious schools of the Russian Orthodox Church – Moscow Theological Academy, Sretensky Spiritual Seminary, St. Tikhon Orthodox Humanitarian University.

The delegation attended the Synodal Department for the Religious Education and Catechesis, the Synodal Department for Church Relations and Communications and Synodal Department for Church Charity and Social Service.

The summer institute for representatives of the Orthodox Church in the USA was organized by Cyril and Methodius Theological Institute for Post-Graduate Studies with financial support from the Russkiy Mir Foundation and Kirche in Not Charity Fund.
