Chairman of the Committee on Education of the State Duma Vyacheslav Nikonov has commented on the US members of Congress and State Duma deputies July 3d meeting outcome.

«It's a historical day. American Senators and Congressmen haven't been in the State Duma for 10 years! Until recently, they were concerned about Skype discussions. Now they've discussed all the pressing issues, such as Ukraine, Syria. And they wait for us in Congress. The ice was broken. Looks like we can expect something serious from Putin-Trump meeting. Now ball is in American court,” wrote Vyacheslav Nikonov in his Facebook page.
