The Alexandrov Ensemble goes on tour in Serbia and Bulgaria

The Alexandrov Ensemble to perform on Serbia's national holiday Vidovdan and in few Bulgarian cities. Four cities will see compositions on Serbian and Bulgarian languages. The compositions such as Tamo Daleko, My Bulgaria, Jesus Christ God were specially chosen for Balkan tour, The Culture TV Channel website reports.

The Alexandrov Ensemble will start its tour in Belgrade to participate in Serbia's national holiday Vidovdan which will take place on June, 28. Afterwards the group will perform in Bulgarian cities - Varna, Burgas, Plovdiv, and Sofia.

It's worth mentioning that in 2018 the ensemble marks its 90th anniversary. As always, an official army choir of the Russian armed forces performed in Moscow on June 22nd, the memory day of the beginning of the Great Patriotic War.
