The Investigative Committee opened a criminal case against US journalist Tom Rogan. In his article issued in Washington Examiner magazine he calls Ukraine to to blow up the Crimean Bridge, reports RIA Novosti.

According to the Investigative Committee representative Svetlana Petrenko, the article reveals “signs of public incitement to the terroristic activity on the Russian territory.”

Specialists have already started investigation, in particular, integrated psychological-linguistic expertise is scheduled. The forensic examination of the magazine editorial is started as well.

Let us remember, the article was sharply criticized by the Russian politicians. A member of the Committee of the Federation Council on Defence and Security Franz Klintsevich has remarked that the police should consider starting legal proceedings against calling for a terrorist attack. Senator expressed doubts that the Ukrainian authorities would use the material as a guideline, however some provocations might be inflicted anyway. Vice-Speaker of the State Duma Irina Yarovaya agrees that the article represents an incitement to commit a terrorist attack.

Note that the Russia’s President launched the automobile traffic along the Crimean Bridge. The traffic in both directions started on May 16 in the early morning. More than 20 000 cars crossed the Crimean Bridge over the first day.
