Russian President gave an order to set up cooperation with Russian scientists abroad

Russian President Vladimir Putin gave an order to attract distinguished scientists and also develop cooperation with international scientific organizations, TASS reports. This order is listed as the outcome of the meeting of the Head of the State with the Council on Science and Education and meeting of the Siberian department at the Russian Academy of Sciences.

The Cabinet of Ministers has to take the necessary measures to attract distinguished scientists to the Russian scientific organizations before July,1. The Prime Minister of Russia Dmitry Medvedev is in charge with this issue.

Vladimir Putin has also proposed to make changes in the law on regulation of international scientific organizations' activity in Russia.
