Russian House of Sport opens its doors in Gangneung

Russian House of Sport opened its doors at South Korean city Gangneung, that borders with PyeongChang, TASS reports. The Russian Olympians Foundation have established the center for Russian athletes, sports veterans, and their guests.

According to the center director Alexander Katushev the Russian House of Sport intended to be the symbol of traditional hospitality so typical for our country. Its guests can watch the Olympic broadcasting, taste hot tea with spices and gingerbreads.

Huge matryoshka dolls composition became the central visual element of the Russian House of Sport making it very distinctive. Red color prevails in its interior design.

All visitors can also check out an interactive exhibition depicting winter sports' development in Russia. Historical photographs and awards make the part of the showcase.
