Skeleton racer Nikita Tregubov wins silver at 2018 Olympics

Russian sportsmen took another medal at the Olympics in South Korea, TASS reports. The Skeleton racer Nikita Tregubov won silver. Four races of the sportsman ended up with the score of 3 minutes 22,18 seconds.

Yun Sung Bin managed to bring gold to South Korea outrunning our athlete. UK sportsman Dominic Parsons closed up the three leaders.
The last race brought success to the twenty-three year Russian athlete. He demonstrated perfect timing, while his competitors were less successful.

This is already 6th medal in the collection of the Olympic athletes from Russia performing under the neutral flag. Earlier Anastasia Bryzgalova and Aleksander Krushelnitchkii won a bronze medal in mixed doubles’ curling. The bronze medal was won by Semen Elistratov for the short track speed skating. The team figure skating brought silver to the collection. The cross-country skiers Aleksandra Bolshynova and Yulia Belorukova have two bronze awards in women’s sprint classics.
