Student Russian language paper competition starts in Canada

A writing contest for students studying Russian language in Canada has launched, website of Russian Congress of Canada reports. It is timed with 150th anniversary of Canada and 75th anniversary of Russian-Canadian Diplomatic Relations. Carleton University and Russia - Canada Business Council (RCaBC) have organised this writing contest.

Schoolchildren and students of Canadian universities, Russian courses attendees participate in this event.

The candidates have to send their up to 2000 words papers to the contest committee. The leading Russian language, history, history specialists from Russia and Canada to judge these works.

Four winners will go on tour to Moscow and Saint Petersburg.
