American Museum of Russian Culture to open its doors in US

FacebookRussian culture activists plan to open the American Museum of Russian Culture for the wide audience, Washington Museum of Russian Poetry and Music website reports.

Showcases devoted to Russian writers, poets, musicians, as well as Russian theater, ballet, cinematography and folklore, Russian portrait paintings and graphics. Virtual tours around Russian museums and several old cities are in the project program as well.

Special section dedicated to the little visitors is going to attract schoolkids,

Washington Museum of Russian Poetry and Music initiates the project. Currently its head and art collector Yuri Zuslin invites other Russian culture activists to cooperate and to support this major project.
