Ukrainian radicals walk out to protest at the entrance to Kiev Pechorsk Lavra

Kiev Pechorsk LavraMembers of C14 radical group blocked the entrance to Kiev Pechorsk Lavra. About a dozen of people came there with flares and a banner. After the negotiations between them and the Vicar of Vyshgorod and Chernobyl Metropolitan Pavel, which took a few hours, the entrance was open, reports RIA News. 

According to participants of the event, the walkout was against separatists headquarters and FSB. The huge banner said FSB go away from Lavra. 

Kiev Pechorsk Lavra is one of the first Orthodox monasteries in Ancient Rus. It was founded in the times of Yaroslav the Wise in the middle of 11th century. Till this day Lavra is one of the most holy places. 

At Christmas Eve the members of another extremist organization Black Committee splashed paint onto the Russian Art and Science Centre in Kiev.
