Trump is to extend anti-Russian sanctions for another year

wikipedia.orgUS authorities are planning to prolong anti-Russian sanctions, TASS reports. The day before Homeland Security Advisor to US President Tom Bossert has concluded that sanctions for allegedly Russian cyber attacks on American governmental major resources and interference with US Presidential elections to be extended for a full year. Moreover, the official has noted that after this deadline has expired, US president is probably going to extend the sanctions for another year.

Along with that, U.S. Department of Commerce has blacklisted yet two more Russian companies producing ground-launched ballistic and cruise missiles.

Let us remember, The US House of Representatives approved a new round of sanctions, which affected Russian FBR, CRS and other security services, Russian banks, oil and gas sector, software companies, and some Russian citizens. Vladimir Putin and other Russian officials have denied any involvement of national special security services in cyber attacks on US servers and interference with US Presidential elections.
