Russian Fan House opened in Berlin

pixabay.comRussian Fan House is opened in the capital city of Germany. It is established on basis of Russian Center of Science and Culture and timed with FIFA World Cup to be held next year, Rossotrudnichestvo website informs.

In particular, Russian Fan House may become one of the centers where German football fans can get a fan’s passport for taking a trip to Russia. More than three hundred thousand Germans applied for such passports already.

According to Russian Sports Minister Vitaly Mutko, who sent his greetings to the ceremony participants, despite complications at the international arena, sports activities are uniting people. It serves as a consolidating beginning for sportsmen taking part in competitions and for all people valuing spirit of honest struggle and will for victory.

Head of Rostourism Oleg Safonov in his greeting has called Russian Fan House in Berlin a center of communication and source of the most up-to-date information of what is done in our country for the sake of comfort, security and pleasant leisure of football fans.

The ceremony contained presentations of Russian regions to host matches of FIFA World Cup.

Extensive cultural programme was prepared for the guests including presentation of art handicrafts of Russia and exhibitions about football.
