Russian movies screened in Bratislava

pixabay.comFestival of Russian films started in Slovakia capital, TASS reports. The festival opened with the drama Bolshoi, about talented Russian ballerina struggling for the leading part, by Valery Todorovsky. Not only the opening night but also the following screenings have attracted a great of regular spectators and film professionals.

Federal government state-funded cultural company Gosfilmofond has organized the event for the first time in this city with a big success.

The Spacewalker by Dmitry Kiselev and Matilda by Alexei Uchitel are to be screened as well. The leading actress of Bolshoi, Margarita Simonova, and director Dmitry Kiselev are going to present their films. They have came from Austria where the corresponding event is held.
